By installing or using BAYNOONA LIBRARY app you agree to the present terms of services.

 

Those terms are between (“You”) and Baynoona Network , (“www.baynoona.net”).

 

The term “Application” refers to BAYNOONA LIBRARY applications including, but without limitation, the application versions in Android, iOS phones and other platforms like watches, wearables, Internet-of-things and cars and consists of the following:

 

i.      (i)      the mobile software application including, without limitation, any software binary, code, scripts, interfaces, graphics, displays, text, documentation and other components;

ii.    (ii)     any Updates, modifications or enhancements to the items listed in subsection (i); and

iii.   (iii)    any specific Baynoona Network web service to which the Application directs you. 

 

 

2.License Grant and Restrictions.

 

2.1 License Grant. Baynoona Network grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and use the Application for your individual Use, subject to and strictly in accordance with all the terms and conditions of this License.

 

2.2 License Restrictions. You shall use the Application strictly for your own use in the platforms officially supported by Baynoona Network and shall not (nor allow any third party to): (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the Application (except and only to the extent that applicable law prohibits or restricts reverse engineering restrictions); (b) make any copy, modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation or derivative work from the Application; (c) violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with your access or use of the Application; (d) remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Baynoona Network or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Application; (e) use the Application for any purpose for which it is not designed or intended; (f) attempt to circumvent or disable the security key mechanism or other security mechanism such as encryption that protects the Application or data generated by it against unauthorized use; (g) make the Application available over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple Devices or users at the same time (h) use the Application for creating a product, service or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for any services, product or software offered by Baynoona Network; (i) use any proprietary information or interfaces of Baynoona Network or other intellectual property of Baynoona Network in the design, development, manufacture, licensing or distribution of any applications, accessories or devices for use with the Application, or  (j) distribute or sell the application to other users, companies or organizations without written consent by Baynoona Network.

 

You acknowledge and agree that the Application, content and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights associated therewith are reserved by, and shall remain the property of, Baynoona Network and its licensors, if any, and that Baynoona Network also owns all Data that has been aggregated and/or anonymized. You do not acquire any ownership in the Application under this License, or any other rights thereto other than to use the License in accordance with the license granted, and subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions, under this License..

 

 

You may terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the Software. Baynoona Network may terminate your license in the event that you breach the terms of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you shall immediately stop using the application and promptly return or destroy all copies of the Application.

 

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "BAYNOONA LIBRARY" (“Application”) that was created by Baynoona Network. 

 

User Provided Information 

The Application doesn’t obtain any user information unless you provide it explicitly when you download or register the Application. No registration is supported now but we could add this possibility in the future. It might be optional and would provide some additional features.

In case we require you to register with us and use the Application, you would generally provide your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; 

We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

This is required in order to save downloaded files in PDF format

Automatically Collected Information 

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. 

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

•                 as required by law, such as to comply with legal process;

•                 when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

•                 with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

•                 if Baynoona Network is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

 

 

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. 

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at info@baynoona.net and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly. 

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@baynoona.net. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

 

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. 

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
